These terms apply to every print bought through this site.
Who you are buying from
Prints are sold by Carlos Estévez, trading as ezgaa lab, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. You can reach the studio at hello@ezgaa.com, and the studio replies to every message.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in pounds sterling and are the final price of the print. The studio is below the UK VAT registration threshold, so no VAT is charged and none is shown. Shipping is added at checkout at the rate for your destination.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, which accepts the major debit and credit cards and the wallet payments your device offers. The studio never sees or stores your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and the studio emails you the order number and the copy number allocated to you.
Editions and authenticity
Every print is a screen print pulled by hand in the studio. Each is numbered within its edition and signed by the artist. The edition size is stated on the print’s page and is never increased once the edition is published. Colours may vary slightly between prints — each is pulled by hand. Prints are supplied unframed.
Copyright
Carlos Estévez retains copyright in every image, drawing and print shown on this site. Buying a print gives you the print itself, not the right to reproduce it. Images may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission from the studio.
Cancellation and returns
You have 14 days from receiving a print to cancel your order under UK consumer contracts regulations. The full terms, including how to return a print and who pays return postage, are on the shipping and returns page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
